Design

We design family, multi-residential, and commercial buildings for you and provide professional supervision for construction works. We create main projects for the energy renovation of family and multi-residential buildings. As a long-term partner, we design antenna towers and mounts for telecommunications equipment.

We prepare cost estimates for the construction or renovation of family houses and apartments, which you can use to apply for loans from banks for construction, completion, or renovation.

For all non-registered buildings, we create partition plans and partition agreements, allowing you to properly register your property in the land registry with our assistance. Additionally, we provide services for linking the Main Land Registry and the Book of Deposited Contracts.

In addition to high-rise building projects, we also design civil engineering structures such as hydraulic structures, water supply and sewage systems, heating and steam pipelines, roads, and parking lots.
